Recruiting is key to growing your business, whatever that business is.
Last weekend I attended the Prospecting & Recruiting Summit in Florida hosted by Ray Higdon and a bunch of other top class trainers. One of the trainers was Jessica Higdon, who gave the audience a formula for how to earn your first $100k online using Social Media.

Prospecting & Recruiting: Steps To Take, Thoughts To Make
The gems I share with you in this post are something that not only you can use, you can teach your fellow team members them as well.
Firstly, YOU have to believe you can do it and believe in the profession you are in. This is crucial. Otherwise it will come through in all your efforts to recruit more people.

How To Recruit
You actually REACH out to people
Find the needs of others
Exhibit confidence and authority
Best Places To Find Prospects
Your friends list / Your Fan Page
Your local estate agents page
Law of Attraction Fan Page/ groups
Dr Oz or other celebrities like that for example, health and wellness
Travel Channel – for those in travel
Plus others that the above may have triggered thoughts of.
Exercise For Determining Who To Follow
Who is a top leader in your company who you admire?
What is their personality?
Where would they hang out?
What type of books do they like?
What magazines/ shows would they watch?
What celebrities would they follow?
Once you identify your target market, look at status updates. Interact with some who comment on your posts or other peoples posts. Go to those who liked it.
Create a mantra for yourself before you message anyone. For example:
“I am confident. I have got this. They’re gonna love this”
Questions to Ask Yourself
How many friends do you have?
How many friends are you adding?
Is your first message personal enough?
Is your first sentence enticing?
Are you commenting on their status.
Are you using your phone?
Things To Do
- Add 5 new friends a day
- Use the message app
- Are you asking for the sale?
- Do you lead with questions?
- Are you coming across as someone of value
