It can be confusing to decide exactly what you need to spend money on and what you do not need to spend money on relating to Internet marketing. As a Network Marketer you have some advantages built in already.
Your MLM company is going to give you products, a website, and marketing materials. However, there are some things that can give you a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
1. Your own keyword rich domain name.
2. Blog hosting.
3. A static home page blog.
4. An email autoresponder.
If you are serious about promoting an affiliate offer, for example, these are the 4 main things you need. Purchasing a domain name that has keywords relating to the product you sell will help you with the search engines.
Hosting your own blog like I am doing gives you control over it. Using a blog with a static page makes it easy to get started.
An auto responder is a good way to store the names and email addresses of prospects. You will increase your sales and responses if you keep in touch with your visitors. An autoresponder is the best way to do that.
In the future you can invest in other things such as paid advertising, graphics, and so on. However, when you first begin these four Network Internet Marketing tools are the main ones to purchase.
With regards to an MLM company, obviously it depends which company you are with what they will provide you. My company provides a dream product (travel), my own website, events, training and membership of an international team of people. The things I mention are crucial to your success and you should choose carefully who you want to work with and why.
