Improve Your Mind, Improve Your Life

September 11, 2017 by Lynda Kenny 6 Comments

Improve Your Mind, Improve Your LifeImprove Your Mind, Improve Your Life

An empowered mind is more powerful than any marketing strategy, or coaching that you may receive from anyone.

Your chances and opportunities to create wealth and well-being would be so much more improved

Growing  the minds ability to perform brings clearer thoughts, and sharper intuition.

Self-trust is heightened and your focus becomes crystal clear enabling you to act upon your intuition quicker.

Almost every successful entrepreneur credits their success to the fact that they very often acted immediately upon their intuition.

Improving your mind also means increased concentration, greater awareness, enhanced memory and an improved sense of self.

Additionally, increased overall well-being is achieved with an improved mindset, because scientifically speaking, the body follows the mind. Physically, you would feel better.

If you see the  importance of improvment, you can tap into more power by starting with a few exercises for sharpening your mind.

Calm Your Mindmeditation

Meditation is an excellent way to stop the mind chatter that we all experience. A calm mind is the starting point for an empowered mind. Many people find meditation to be mysterious or difficult, but allowing yourself to meditate  is one of the best things you can do for yourself when it comes to improving your mind.

You can find many different ways to meditate:  CLICK HERE FOR HOW TO MEDITATE

booksOpen A Book

If you go long periods of time without reading a book, especially a book that can enhance your knowledge base or engage critical thinking then it is equivalent to going long periods of time without exercising your body. Both are detrimental!

This partial list of excellent books can get you started in the right direction:

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life Wayne Dyer

Think and Grow Rich  Napoleon Hill

Tao Te Ching  Lao Tzu

The Alchemist  Paulo Coelho

Tease Yourself

Regularly indulge in brain teasers, crosswords, concentration card games and puzzles. This type of activity stimulates the brain function. It’s good news to know that doing fun things can contribute to maximizing our minds!

Have fun, relax and don’t take yourself so seriously. Life is supposed to be FUN!

Our quest for success is all for one thing and one thing only…. happiness!

We think that we will be HAPPY if we have more money, more freedom, a bigger house, a fancier car, luxury holidays, fame, or whatever it is that you desire to have. In the end, we all want one thing… to be happy.

SO, BE HAPPY!

It’s a choice. You’ll understand this as you improve your mind, and watch as your life improves.

Please feel free to share this post and leave me a comment if you got some value or benefit.

It all starts from working within and everything else will fall into place.

I have learned that lessons and memories (mind matters) are more important than STUFF! I am more likely to spend on education than things.

Stuff can be replaced. Our memories and lessons can’t be. Thanks Trudy

Loved your tip on meditation. I actually need to get more into that tip because my mind is always running and thinking of the next move.
