How To Have More Energy Right Now
How to have more energy is important for your life and your business. Here a few questions for you.
- Do you feel that your overall physical and mental health is at its best to make you feel energetic, motivated and strong each day?

Why Is Having More Energy Important to Me?
The subject of energy is important to me. I discovered two years ago that I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. When I found out I could have given up my work, given in to the disease and be constantly stressed with no energy to do anything.
The coaching and training I have personally received kicked in. I was determined this disease wasn’t going to take over my life.
Don’t get me wrong, I do have days where I feel ill when my workload is reduced dramatically. However, I talk my self out of giving up so that I can continue to feel the energy. Both in my mental and physical ability.
It’s ok to have those days, we all have them. I wanted to stress the importance of your physiology, your health, your mental stamina to cope with stress. Plus your will to take good care of yourself.
If you don’t, then your chances of doing well with your business will be affected if you’re too mentally and physically tired.
How To Have More Energy Right Now
The subject of energy is something I cover in my High-Performance coaching. This concentrates on getting you to a level where you feel energized to do anything you want to.
I want to share some really short and quick tips with you to get you started on feeling much better in yourself.
Drink more water
I seriously used to forget to drink. You have to drink more, it’s good for you. I now have a water bottle at my side at all times now. I even have an app that reminds me to drink on my phone.
Get More Sleep
You really need 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I used to stay up till all hours and the next day be totally wasted.
Eat Healthier
You know what you should be eating and what you shouldn’t. It’s hard I know. Next time you want that burger, think twice.
Get Out In The Fresh Air
Why not go for a walk, even if it’s only for 10 minutes. Give yourself some time to enjoy what’s around you. Life isn’t always about work.
Take Breaks
Whatever you are doing, take a break every hour for 2 minutes. Get up, stretch, have a drink, go to the loo. This has been proven to make you more productive.
