Energy is not just physical. Its your mental, emotional AND physical stamina and the key to being more productive and happier
You need to be able to focus on your goals and stay motivated enough to accomplish them.
In order to do this, you often have to fight your impulses.
That means you have to force yourself to get up and work, even when you’re feeling tired and just want to stay in bed.
Question About Your Energy
- In the last three months, how have you felt energetically in terms of your mentally and physically?
- How have you re-charged?
- What’s been your coping mechanism for stress?
A good thing to do is maintain good triggers for POSITIVE energy, which includes your:
- Mental Levels
- Emotional Levels
- Physical Levels
To begin to do that you need to begin tracking your behaviour. Everything you do in your life requires you to be more energetic.
What use are you to yourself or anyone else if you are constantly tired, overwhelmed and stressed?

Quick wins can include, moving more and eating healthier.
Why not walk for 10 minutes a day. Take it slow to begin with and as with ANY exercise or change in your diet, consult your doctor.
