Daily Habits To Improve Your Life and Business

Daily Habits To Improve Your Life and BusinessDaily Habits To Improve Your Life and Business

Daily habits are what you can put into your life to improve your whole well being.  It can impact your business and life in a big way.

The daily habits are from Brendon Burchard.  Daily habits I learned from his High Performance Mastermind Academy.  Brendon is a  renowned personal development leader.  Check out his website >>>>> CLICK HERE TO CHECK OUT BRENDON BURCHARD.

Any daily habit that improves your performance is welcomed and if it spills into your personal life as well, thats even better.  When I did went through this training it really got me thinking about everything I do on a daily basis.  I soon realised that my own daily habits needed to be changed.

Below, are 5 Daily Habits or strategies to improve your whole being.

  1. Have Daily Triggers.

What this means is have something to remind you what your intentions are and to become more aware.  Set some cues to remind you.  This can be done using, post its on mirrors, dashboards, journal recordings, or alarms on your phone.  In fact, anything that reminds you how to be.  For instance, I have alarms on my phone set for certain times of the day.  I heard examples that others used walking through a door frame as a reminder.  Whatever works for you, do it.

      2. Project

Rather than just being positive – PROJECT POSITIVITY.  See it as a challenge in your work or family life.  Show it and demonstrate it.  Smile, have a good attitude and have an energy that lifts others around you.  BE that role model, that beacon of light and a living example of something positive.  It helps you to be a better person.

     3.  Take Time To Be

Be kind and appreciative.  Make the time to be kind.  For instance, send that thank you email or that thank you card.  Everyone has forgotten these little touches in our busy world.

     4.  Release Negativity

Approach your bad days like its a game.  You can choose not to feel like crap and change your emotions.  Come up with your own reminder, something to lighten your mood.  It might be a funny sentence, or something that happened to you that made you laugh.  I have an imaginary figure that sits on my shoulder and I flick him off when negative stuff comes up.

     5.  Generate and Find Enthusiasm.

Find enthusiasm every single day.  What is it that enthuses you?  What is something you can create and what moment in the day can you create it?  For instance, Brendon described how his trigger is in the shower where he asks what can I be enthusiastic about today?  OR you could ask how you can be enthusiastic for someone else.  Someone at work or at home.

Some of what I have shared with you in todays article are simple and easy strategies in your daily habits that you can learn to master.  Our habits are hard to break so why not create ones that are going to make you FEEL better.  In addition, they will improve your whole attitude towards your work and your family life.
