The Key To Building Your Team And Keeping Them

The Key To Building Your Team And Keeping ThemThe Key To Building Your Team And Keeping Them

Building your team in a network marketing environment is one of the keys to your growth and success.  Whatever company you are with, having the right mindset will enable you to do well.

According to statistics shared with me by my coach Ray Higdon, 5% of people want to go to the top.  80% of most teams are happy if you help them earn that little bit of extra income they are looking for.

Golden Rules and the key to retention when building your team are:-

Love them and look after them

Building Your Team – Best Way To Retain Members.

The biggest deal for retention is the culture inside your company, the community and the systems available that help with duplication.  We have to make it easy for people to know that they can do this.

Its up to you to create an environment where people feel valued and good about themselves.  All too often, if we make people feel guilty, not happy or undervalued then without a doubt, they will quit.Building Your Team

Learn to celebrate wins, small ones and big ones.  If we only celebrate the fast starters who recruit quicker than anyone else, then the slower starters will soon be discouraged.

Recognise if someone is discouraged and learn to manage it in order that people will stay within your team.

What to Focus On

Most people, ask how they can motivate their team and get the most out of them.  The key to that is stop trying to motivate them and INSPIRE THEM instead.

Keep doing what you wish your downline was doing. For example, show more people and recruit more members to your team.

Lead by example.

I dig a lot deeper into building your team in my 8 video series which you can ACCESS HERE.  I also cover many more ingredients that will help you in your business.  Each video is not too long, to the point and full of value for you to access anytime.  Everything is based on what I learned from Ray Higdon’s Top Earner Success School.
