The Benefits Of Social Media Recruiting.
Social Media recruiting is used by millions now. For this post I am going to concentrate on social media recruiting for your network marketing company.
Recruiting using Social media is not about blasting your links to your company all over the place and telling them how fantastic it is. The usual rules of marketing still apply and I would encourage you to brand yourself and not the company you represent.
What you should be doing on Social Media is talking about the benefits of what you sell and what it can do for the people reading it. Always make it about “them”.
One huge benefit of social media recruiting is the fact you can reach more people, using your lap top from home.
You reach more people outside your local area and in fact, many of the people I have made contact with and recruited live in another country to the one I live in.
Back To Basics Today
Lets get back to basics and begin thinking about your Social Media profile and for the purpose of this post I am going to concentrate on Facebook.

Excellent tips Lynda.. Some of the profile pictures from people trying to friend me up on Facebook include pictures of flowers, chimps, cars and one was a picture of Adolf hitler… Thanks for sharing..
HI Keith, thanks for your kind comments. I know exactly what you mean about the profile pics. The Adolf one would definitely have put me off LOL
Loved your tips Lynda! True sometimes, getting back to basics is the formula to re-shape and get back in the game. Thanks :)
Thanks a lot Gordon. I agree, sometimes getting back to basics is what we all need.
