#3 Things You Need To Be Your BEST
To be your best there are three things you need. Before going into what those are you might ask why you would want to know. Its my belief that everyone wants more freedom in their life. That can be:
- Financial,
- Emotional,
- Spiritual,
- Physical
- Time
In addition to that, most of us want personal power, personal growth and change – change for the better.
- What is going to make you feel more free and alive in your life?
- Are you happy?
- Do you have direction in life?
- Are you advancing at levels you know you are capable of?
- Are you fulfilled?
Brendon Burchard, believes that passionate pursuit of your personal development and growth is the most important thing there is.

What Are The #3 Things You Need To Be Your Best?
If you are giving your absolute best you need to ask yourself if you have been fully “present” with people around you. We all need to concentrate more on this. I know I am guilty of being distracted when my husband is talking to me, often muttering answers when I haven’t really listened.
Setting a habit can help. For instance, when someone talks to you, you could stand up. Or, you could set an alarm on your phone to remind you to listen to something. If you are someone who likes meditation, that can really get you present with your inner self. Sitting quietly and listening to easy music can help you get in touch with who you are.
If you notice, some people can be financially successful and then burnt out without time to do anything else but work. Others work so hard they don’t look after their health properly. I know this can be true…. I have been there.
In my previous life I worked away from home and often worked 60+ hours a week. Yes, I earned a fabulous income and we bought a bigger house. BUT I never had time to enjoy it. In fact, I was so busy and distracted with work, I never paid attention to anything else. If I had known what I am discussing with you now back then, I would have behaved very differently.
Train yourself to become more fully engaged in the moments of your life. If you do, you will find yourself performing higher. This is something YOU can control and you will gain more personal power and inner strength.
2. JOY
Its amazing what effect feeling happy can have on our whole attitude. Even switching our attitude can help us to become happier people. Choosing positive emotions all the time, choosing to be happy can make such a difference. Those things you don’t normally like doing aren’t as mundane as they usually are.
If you’ve heard of the saying “whistle while you work” or singing while you are doing something, then you will get my meaning here.
If you want to be the best inside and out, bring some joy into your life. See things through positive eyes instead of searching for the negative. Be grateful and blessed with the fact you are alive and for the people in your life.
3. CONFIDENCE
Whatever you do, approach it all with confidence. Often we think we have to wait till we have more money, more success before we have a right to feel confident. CHOOSE to be confident within yourself. Own your moments in your relationships, your work, your hobbies.
If you put confidence, joy and engagement all together you own it. Its about feeling it as well as thinking it.
